Deposit Requirements:
An initial deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date.

Linen Selection:
Damask table linens and a varied selection of napkin shades are provided.

Premium chair cover services are available.

Seating Arrangement:
At the time of final arrangements, we will provide you with a diagram of our ballroom and a seating plan guide. Our tables comfortably seat up to ten guests.

Captain's Ballroom Capacity & Guarantees
The Captain's Ballroom accommodates 200+ guests for dinner and dancing.
 
Minimum Requirements:

Monday - Friday: 100 Guest Minimum

Saturday Noon - 5:00:  100 Guest Minimum

Saturday Evening:  150 Guest Minimum

Sunday:  100 Guest Minimum

Directions To & From Oceanview
From South of Boston:
Follow 93 North to Exit 20 (Logan Airport).  Go through the Ted Williams tunnel.  Upon exiting the tunnel, you will immediately access Route 1ANorth. Follow Route1A North and continue by following directions below.

 
From Boston/Logan International Airport
Take Route 1A North 7.3 miles over the General Edwards Bridge onto The Lynnway. Continue straight ahead, and you will pick up overhead signs for Swampscott/ Nahant. Follow The Lynnway to end passing the Porthole Restaurant & Sea Port Landing. Continue straight to rotary. At rotary, bear right. You will now be on the Nahant Causeway. Continue straight ahead for 2.6 miles. You will pass St. Thomas' Church. Take your first right after the church on Ocean Street. Follow Ocean Street to end and bear right onto Willow Road. Follow Willow Road to end.

From Route 128:
From 128N, take exit 44B. From 128S, take exit 44. These exits will put you on Route 129 East to Lynn/Swampscott. Follow Route 129 East for 3.1 miles to fork.   Bear left at fork on to 129A East .  Continue on 129A East for 2.5 miles to the ocean. Once you see the ocean in front of you, stop following Route 129 and continue straight ahead to the ocean. Take a right at the ocean (Lynn Shore Drive) and follow straight for 1 mile to the rotary. At the rotary, go 1/2 way around and continue straight along the ocean. You will now be on the Nahant Causeway. Continue straight ahead for 2.6 miles. You will pass St. Thomas' Church. Take your first right after the church on Ocean Street. Follow Ocean Street to end and bear right onto Willow Road. Follow Willow Road to end. 
 
TO EXIT OCEANVIEW:

Follow Willow Road to 1st stop sign.  Bear right @ stop sign continuing on Willow Road.  Take 2nd left on to Winter Street.  Follow Winter Street to the top of the hill and take a left @ stop sign.  Follow straight ahead for 1.2 miles to causeway.  At end of causeway, at rotary, bear left around rotary for Route 1A South to Boston and Route 93. For Route 129 W to Route 128 North or South, just before "Welcome to Swampscott" sign (on right) take a left and follow straight onto Eastern Avenue.  This route will direct you to Route 128, Route 107 North and South, and Route 1A North.
